ORIGIN: Armenia, Armavir Region, Ararat Valley.
GRAPE VARIETIES: Blend Kangun, Chardonnay, Viognier.
HARVEST DATE: Middle of September 2018. Hand harvest.
CLIMATE: Continental highlands climate with hot summers and cold dry winters.
WINEMAKING: Hand harvested grapes are pressed. After a cool 24-hour decantation process, the juice is fermented for 20 days at 14-16 °C.
TASTING NOTES: The wine is yellow-green in color with golden shades. Large assortment of fruit flavors such as citrus, ripe pineapple and peaches. Nice density, with round tannins, fine acidity and a lasting and soft finish.
FOOD PAIRING: Goes particularly well with fish dishes, seafood and pasta. It also goes very well with mild cheese.
