Aged in Caucasian oak barrels the Trinity 6100 Areni Noir presents itself in a deep ruby colour.

Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness in the second half of October. Bunches are destemmed and crushed. The wine undergoes alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by an extended post-fermentative maceration. The wine is aged for 6 months in Caucasian oak barrels.

Ageing
Can be immediately consumed but will reveal its potential in 1-2 years. Can be stored up to 10 years in a good cellar.
